The District Boutique Exchange Policy

Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only.  Jewelry and intimates (ie: braletettes) are FINAL SALE. Items are eligible for exchange if they:

• Are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and still has the original tags attached
• Exchanged to The District Boutique no later than 30 days from the original purchase date

To return an item by mail, please include a copy of the receipt and ship to:

We recommend sending items back using USPS or UPS along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your item(s) it will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.  We do not refund shipping charges.
