The District Exchange Policy
Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. “LAST CHANCE” items & jewelry are a FINAL SALE. Items are eligible for exchange if they:
- Are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and still has the original tags attached
- Exchanged to The District Boutique no later than 30 days from the original purchase date
To return an item by mail, please include a copy of the receipt and ship to:

We recommend sending items back using USPS or UPS along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Once we receive your item(s) it will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping charges.
Reserving an Item
If you would like to reserve an item, simply:
- click on the “BUY THIS ITEM” button
- complete the form
- choose if you would like to pick up the item in our store or have it shipped to you
- click submit
- we’ll contact you ASAP with further instructions
Please note that whether you’re picking up your item(s) in the store or having it shipped, all invoices must be paid within 24 hours.
All orders shipped within the continental United States are charged at a flat rate of $5. That’s right, you can reserve as many awesome fashion pieces from our online store as you’d like and you’ll only be charged $5 for ground delivery anywhere in the contiguous United States.
